Student Grievances and the Redressal committee
The college has formal student Grievances committee this is responsible for addressing and resolving issues of complaints raised by students regarding various aspect of the academic or campus. This committee ensures that student have platform to voice their concerns in a fair and other transparent manner.
Submission of complaints
The student Grievances and the redressal committee operates directly and indirectly method allowing student voice their concern
1. Indirect Methods - boxes are placed in various location across the college. Student can submit their Grievances in written form, either anonymously or with their name. The committee open their boxes on the last Saturday of every 3rd month of review the submission.
2. Direct Method - Student can submit a formal written application to the principal who will then forward the application to the Grievance committee
Resolution
Upon receiving any Grievance, the committee hold meeting to discuss the issues and determine how best to resolve it. Once decision is made, the necessary action are taken and the outcome is communicated to the concerned student.
